The picture shown therein are only for the purpose of giving of an idea about the product which would be gifted and jobzoob owes no responsibility for their functioning etc.
Terms and conditions :
- The lucky draw will be held initially on the official launch of the portal and thereafter three months from the date of official launch of portal.
- Only those candidates who register themselves alongwith resume and are having Bachelor degree (in any subject) and is above 18 years of age is eligible to participate in the lucky draw.
- Rest of the candidates who are not fulfilling all or any one of the conditions mentioned in clause 2 will not be considered for lucky draw.
- Jobzoob will issue a unique draw number which is unique for each registered member fulfilling for all the conditions of clause 2 and for claiming the lucky draw the candidate has to provide the number. Therefore it is suggested that the same should be remembered and kept in safe custody so that the same can be referred to at the time of draw. Apart from this draw number the winning candidate also require to bring his identity proof showing his name and parentage so that the same could be match with his resume and information given while registration.
- Jobzoob hold the sole discretion to reject or disqualify any of the member from the draw and no litigation will be entertained with regard to the same as the registration of member for the purpose of lucky draw is the sole discretion of Jobzoob.
- No claim or applications/representations etc. will be entertained by jobzoob for the purpose of lucky draw. The lucky draw will be held through computer who will randomizing the draw numbers and no claim in whatsoever will be entertained with regard to the validity etc. of the draw.
- The product given as a gift after the draw will be given in sealed package as received from manufacturer Company and no claim with regard to functioning or non-functioning of the product will be entertained of the Jobzoob.
- The winning candidate can either receive the gift by personally approaching Jobzoob Software services alongwith draw number and identity proof or the product will be sent through courier on the last known address referred in resume or in registration process. However, Jobzoob holds no responsibility for any kind of transit loss or breakage once the same is dispatched through courier to the winning candidate.
